In the field of child and adolescent psychosexual assessment, I provide psychological evaluation of psychosexual development, taking into account the individual's developmental stage. Assessment and expert reporting may include:
 

• difficulties in psychosexual development,

• sexual behaviours requiring specialist assessment,

• expert reports for child safeguarding proceedings,

• difficulties relating to understanding personal boundaries and sexual safety.

 

The assessment process is conducted with strict regard for confidentiality, professional ethical standards, respect for the dignity of each individual, and their unique circumstances. The aim of the consultation and assessment is to provide a thorough understanding of the presenting difficulties, identify their possible underlying causes, and, where appropriate, prepare a psychological or psychosexual expert report.

In my assessment and report-writing practice, I use internationally recognised diagnostic classification systems, including ICD-11 and DSM-5. The choice of classification depends on the purpose of the assessment, the nature of the presenting difficulties, formal requirements, and the individual's clinical or medico-legal context.

A particular area of my practice is psychosexual assessment and the preparation of specialist psychological and psychosexual expert reports for Polish clients living in the United Kingdom. I prepare documentation for use in court proceedings, specialist assessments, and other institutional settings requiring a comprehensive psychological and psychosexual evaluation.

Follow-up After Assessment

Following completion of the assessment, I provide recommendations tailored to the individual's needs, including advice regarding further treatment or consultation with appropriate specialists where necessary. If required, I prepare the relevant documentation and refer clients to private psychiatrists, medical specialists, or therapists practising in the United Kingdom.
